BRIGADEIRO INGREDIENTS Unsweetened chocolate 54% or 70% (sugar, cocoa butter, milk solids, soy lecithin, vanilla) condensed milk, glucose syrup, cream, cocoa powder, salt and butter. The brigadeiros are naturally gluten-free, but we use biscuit and powdered milk for the final decoration and they may contain gluten.

Storage : Room temperature in a cool, dry place between 17 to 20 degrees for 5 days, in the refrigerator for 10 days (protect the box in a plastic bag or in an airtight container) and in the freezer for 3 months.

Allergy: All of our products are handmade, and may contain dairy, soy, eggs, nuts, wheat (with gluten) and/or other possibly allergenic products. If you have a serious allergy, please be aware that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination in the production of nut-free products, we do not recommend consuming them if you have a food allergy.
