BRIGADEIRO INGREDIENTS Unsweetened chocolate 54% or 70% (sugar, cocoa butter, milk solids, soy lecithin, vanilla) condensed milk, glucose syrup, cream, cocoa powder, salt and butter. The brigadeiros are naturally gluten free, but we use Crispearls for the final decoration for some flavors and they contain gluten.

Conservation : Room temperature in a cool place between 17 to 20 degrees for 3 days, in the refrigerator for 5 days (protect the box in a plastic bag or in an airtight container) and in the freezer for 3 months.

Allergy: All of our products are handmade, and may contain dairy, soy, eggs, nuts, wheat (with gluten) and/or other possibly allergenic products. If you have a serious allergy, please be aware that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination in the production of nut-free products, we do not recommend consuming them if you have a food allergy.
